Cancellation Fee Policy

If a customer cancels the order after the assigned driver has arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee of ₹30 will be applicable.

Key Points:

  • The cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from the paid amount or the YOHO Wallet, as applicable.
  • This fee is charged to compensate the driver for time and effort after reaching the pickup point.
  • If the order amount is less than ₹30, the entire paid amount may be deducted.
  • No refund will be issued for the cancellation fee once applied.

YOHO reserves the right to determine driver arrival status based on system logs, GPS data, and driver confirmation.
